Easily removed with aluminum foil& water. Underneath the plate/around the seat tube, underneath the plate behind the bottom bracket, as pictured. One of the most popular& highly coveted 80's freestyle frame/fork set ever! Very light tarnish near rear dropouts/rear frame standers.
